Venice Marathon 2005

Fred Lerch was born in Salzburg, Austria. Attracted by EXPO 67' he came to Canada and fell in love with this beautiful country. Fred still speaks fluent Austrian/German. After graduating from the University of Victoria, Fred entered the Real Estate profession which he loves. Over the years, Fred has volunteered with a number of organizations including the Cancer Society and the Children's Miracle Network. In his free time, Fred likes to stay fit and enjoys running the occasional marathon, completing the Royal Victoria Marathon in 2004, the Venice Marathon in 2005, and the Las Vegas Marathon in 2006. Fred has raised three wonderful children and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Fred entered the real estate field in 1975, and has been involved in the sale of over 1400 homes in the Greater Victoria area. As a result of his diligence and commitment to selling homes, Fred has earned many real estate awards including the Victoria Real Estate Board prestigious PLATINUM, GOLD, and PRESIDENTS awards. As well, he received the Permanent Leader's Club and Montreal Trust Excellence Award, and the RE/MAX 100% Club Award.
